1. Registration & Eligibility
Minimum Age Requirement: Micro taskers must be 18 years or older to register and participate.
Accurate Information: Taskers must provide valid and correct details during registration, including ID proof (if required).
Account Verification: Skillpay reserves the right to verify identity and details before approving a tasker’s account.
Single Account Policy: Taskers may not create multiple accounts; duplicate accounts will be removed.
2. Task Acceptance & Submission
Task Availability: Tasks are assigned based on availability and tasker eligibility. Not all taskers will have access to every task.
Task Guidelines: Every task comes with specific instructions that must be followed to ensure accuracy and quality.
Submission Requirements: Taskers must submit completed tasks with proof, such as screenshots, links, or required documentation.
Task Completion Deadline: Tasks must be completed within the specified timeframe; failure to submit on time may lead to task cancellation.
3. Task Approval & Rejection
Review & Approval Process: Submitted tasks will be reviewed by Skillpay’s team to ensure quality and compliance before approval.
Reasons for Rejection: Tasks may be rejected if:
1. Instructions were not followed properly.
2. Submission is incomplete or of low quality.
3. Tasker attempted to fraudulently submit fake work.
Appeal Process: If a tasker believes their submission was incorrectly rejected, they can request a review to rereview@skillpay.in within 3 days of rejection.
4. Payment & Earnings
Payment Method Selection: Taskers must choose their preferred payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer) during registration.
Payment Approval: Earnings are processed only for approved tasks; rejected tasks will not be paid.
Payment Schedule: Payments are typically processed every week (or as per Skillpay’s schedule).
Minimum Payout Requirement: Taskers may need to accumulate a minimum earnings threshold of Rs100/- before requesting a withdrawal.
Transaction Fees: Payment processing fees (if applicable) will be deducted based on the chosen method – NOT APPLICABLE AS OF NOW.
5. Tasker Responsibilities
Honest Work: Taskers must submit authentic and original work. Any attempt to manipulate, copy, or submit fake work will result in account suspension.
No Spamming: Taskers should not repeatedly request tasks or submit incomplete work for fast approval.
Respectful Communication: Taskers must maintain professional and respectful communication with Skillpay’s support team.
6. Platform Compliance & Account Suspension
Fraud Prevention: Skillpay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activity.
Inactive Accounts: If an account remains inactive for more than 90 days, it may be subject to deactivation.
Intellectual Property: Taskers may not share, copy, or redistribute task information outside Skillpay.
7. Dispute Resolution & Support
Task Disputes: If a tasker disagrees with rejection, they may submit a dispute request within 3 days for reconsideration.
Payment Disputes: If a payment issue arises, taskers must contact Skillpay’s support for resolution.
Final Decision: Skillpay reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes after evaluation.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Confidentiality: Taskers’ details will be protected and not shared with third parties except for payment processing.
Data Usage: Skillpay may use task submission details for quality control and internal analysis.
